Reiki Healing Consent
- I understand that Reiki is a gentle energy healing modality designed to support relaxation, stress reduction, and overall well-being.
- I acknowledge and understand that:
- Reiki is complementary to, and not a substitute for, professional medical, psychological, or healthcare treatment.
- Reiki practitioners do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medication, or perform medical treatment.
- Results may vary from person to person.
- I am responsible for consulting a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical concerns.
- I may stop or modify the session at any time.
- Information shared during sessions will remain confidential, except where required by law.
Distance Healing Consent (if applicable)
- Reiki energy may be offered remotely through Distance Reiki Healing sessions.
- Distance healing sessions may be conducted without physical presence.
- The same professional and ethical standards apply to distance sessions as face-to-face sessions.
- I may choose to participate in distance healing sessions now or in the future.
Booking Fee
- A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all appointments.
- The booking fee is applied toward the cost of my scheduled appointment and is non-transferable except as outlined in the rescheduling policy below.
Rescheduling Policy
- I understand that a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule an appointment without forfeiting my booking fee.
- Requests to reschedule within 48 hours of the appointment time may result in the loss of the booking fee, and a new booking fee may be required to secure a future appointment.
Late Arrival Policy
- I understand that if I arrive more than 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, my appointment will be automatically cancelled.
- In this circumstance, the booking fee will be forfeited, and a new non-refundable booking fee will be required to secure another appointment.
Minors Policy
- Clients under the age of 18 years must have a parent or legal guardian present for the duration of the session.
- The parent or legal guardian may be required to sign consent documentation prior to the commencement of the session.
